Resigned as Partner at Smith & Hilbig to form new firm. Broad based litigation and transactions office
with emphasis on business lawsuits in the six to eight digit range (smaller disputes handled efficiently
as well) and also offering probate and some estate planning. Built a substantial client base by providing highly effective and personalized legal service at very competitive rates, including banks, factoring
companies, contractors, and manufacturing companies. Broad ranging practice (see Practice Areas page). Worked countless hours to provide high quality service on all matters. Hired two associates and trained and supervised them. (Now utilizes contracted associates as needed). Lead counsel on all matters. Recovered millions for clients and has maintained very favorable win/loss record.

Engaged in substantial and broad based business litigation practice, including areas referenced above
as to Johnson And Associates. Acted as lead counsel on major litigations (multiple six to seven digits).
Handles various transactions and estate matters. As Senior Associate and Partner responsible for a
significant share of administrative responsibilities with regard to firm's Litigation Department, including
training, supervising, and advising attorneys and staff. As Partner co-directed Litigation Department.
Recovered millions for clients with very favorable win/loss record.

United States Temporary Emergency Court of Appeals.
